Please be advised, we can not accept bill payments on the companies behalf.  All payments must reach the
company billing department in order to be recognized as received.  ALL requests to change or place insurance
via the internet are NON-BINDING unless submitted directly to the company.  

When submitting requests directly to ABK Insurance Agency, coverage is bound ONLY upon receipt of
confirmation. Such confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail by an agency staff member.  Any policy requests
via e-mail will be checked Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Regularly observed holidays
are not included as regular business hours. If you have not received conformation of your change requests,
you will want to verify with ABK Insurance Agency, Inc. that your request was received.  Our agency is not
responsible for unverified or unreceived internet requests.  Any and all submissions to the agency are not a
guarantee of underwriting approval.

Internet Service policy is subject to change with out prior notification.
